Apology

Last year I did a 'Factor' on Joanne Lees, that perhaps could have been taken the wrong way.
Excerpt from 'Firth Factor' of last year:
 (Firth is standing next to an expert who holds up two fake plastic hands.)
Firth: If these hands were Joanne Lee’s, how much blood would be on them?
(The expert dips the hands into red paint.)
Firth: That’s pretty BLOODY guilty.
Now, I just want to make a few things clear:
The words “that’s pretty bloody guilty” were not intended to imply that Joanne Lees was in any way involved in the murder of Peter Falconio.
I apologise to Joanne for any misunderstanding.
And Joanne, my offer’s still on the table: an exclusive interview, including a dramatised re-enactment of the murder.
