SYDNEY - Chaser Corp CEO David Stewart has failed in his 29th attempt to fly around the world strapped to a kite.

The daredevil billionairre philanthropist has so far spent $56 milllion on his high-tech kite, which he hopes will help develop alternative forms of transport for the Third World
